Frequently asked questions
Pricing, booking, warranties, brands and coverage — answered plainly. If your question is not here, call 888-777-6918.
Pricing & payment
A visit starts with a trip charge from $95 + tax, which covers the technician coming out and diagnosing the appliance in your home. Labor starts at $209 + tax and is quoted for your specific repair before any work begins, so you always approve the price first. Parts are quoted separately.
The trip charge covers the visit and the diagnosis. Labor and parts are quoted on top once the technician knows what failed. You get the full number before agreeing to the work.
You pay the trip charge for the visit and the diagnosis. There is no additional labor charge if you choose not to proceed.
We take card on completion for residential work, and we invoice commercial accounts. Mention it when you book so we set the job up correctly. Deposits are non-refundable.
Booking & scheduling
Call 888-777-6918 during our hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–5:00 · Sat–Sun 8:00–1:00), or send the booking form with your address, the appliance and the symptom. We confirm an arrival window rather than leaving you waiting all day.
It depends on the day, your location and the equipment. Refrigeration and commercial breakdowns get priority because the cost of waiting is higher. Call us and we will tell you honestly what we can do rather than promise a slot we cannot keep.
Yes — Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 to 1:00, alongside Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00.
Clear access to the appliance, the model number if you can find it, and any error code the unit is showing. In apartment buildings, let us know in advance about service-elevator booking or a certificate of insurance requirement.
Warranty & parts
Yes. Every repair carries a 30-day labor warranty on the same issue and a 60-day warranty on the parts we install. The same terms apply to residential and commercial work.
Yes. We fit genuine manufacturer parts rather than the cheapest available equivalent — it is the difference between a repair that holds and a callback.
That is exactly what the 30-day labor warranty covers. Call us and we will come back out.
We carry the parts that fail most often across the brands we service. If your model needs something specific we order it and return — but the diagnosis and the quote still happen on the first visit.
Brands & equipment
We are factory-trained across the major appliance brands — Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Samsung, LG, GE, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Liebherr, Speed Queen and many more. See the full brands list.
Yes. Built-in refrigeration, wine coolers, professional ranges and premium brands are a core part of our work — that is the equipment where factory training actually matters.
Yes — fryers, reach-in and undercounter refrigeration, commercial dishwashers, ranges, ovens, ice machines and medical-grade refrigeration. See commercial appliance repair.
Yes. Heating, cooling, ventilation and air-quality systems are a full part of the business, not a sideline. See HVAC repair.
